When transferring your Google Workspace services to a new vendor, the Reseller Identity (Reseller ID) in the should be the New Vendor's ID (the reseller you are transferring to).
Step 1: Get the New Reseller's ID
Ask your new Google Workspace reseller for their Reseller ID.
This ID is required to generate a Transfer Token.
Step 2: Generate the Transfer Token
Go to .
Enter the New Reseller’s ID.
Accept the Terms and Conditions.
Click Generate Transfer Token.
Step 3: Provide the Token to the New Reseller
Once the Transfer Token is generated, send it to your new vendor.
They will use this token to transfer your Google Workspace services under their management.
Important Notes
Your current vendor won't be notified about the transfer.
Your domain settings, emails, and Drive data will remain unchanged.
You must be a Super Admin of your Google Workspace to generate the token.
The transfer token is valid for 14 days.
To transfer the management of your account to a reseller, Google needs a transfer token. The token associates your account with the reseller console. To get the transfer token, you must follow these instructions:
